Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
Normally, we ship the product within the next business days after receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we actually do. Kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp (found on the contact us page) and we can arrange this for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be included in the email sent to you when the product is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our products such as mouse pads and skates are consumable products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened you can not return the item(s).
My parcel shows delivered, but I don't see it?
First, please make sure that the address you provided when placing your order is correct. And then, please check with family members, roommates and neighbors to see if they have received any packages for you.
If the package is still missing, please contact us from contact form. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company. However, if the shipping company concludes that the item has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement item.

Are the ARTISAN products authentic?
Yes, Crescent Gaming Gear is an authorized retailer of ARTISAN, and all products are genuine, sourced directly from ARTISAN.
Does the product have the old logo or the new logo?
The logo on ARTISAN mouse pads was renewed in 2022. All mouse pads we sell are those with the new logo.
What is the manufacturing batch of a mouse pad?
The products do not have manufacturing numbers assigned to them, so it is not possible to know which batch these mousepads belong in.
